Q: Are Alcheleaf blends natural? 
A: Absolutely. We use 100% premium botanicals, carefully sourced from their heritage origins. Our blends, such as Ginseng & Goji or Mulberry & Chrysanthemum, contain no artificial flavors, colors, or synthetic additives.

Q: Do your teas contain caffeine?
A: It depends on the blend. Our Metabolism & Vitality line (featuring Yerba Mate) contains natural caffeine for focus. However, our Beauty + Sleep and Liver & Eye collections are naturally caffeine-free, making them perfect for evening relaxation. 

Q: Can I drink these if I am pregnant or on medication?
A: While our ingredients are food-grade botanicals (Botanical Alchemies), we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before adding new herbs to your routine, especially during pregnancy or if you have specific medical conditions.

2. Shipping & Delivery 

Q: How much does shipping cost to the U.S.?
A: We offer Free shipping on orders of $59 or more. Orders under $59 will incur a $6.99 shipping fee.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: To ensure maximum potency, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment centers. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your botanicals are en route. 

3. Orders & Returns

Q: Can I return my tea if I don’t like the taste?
A: Because our products are perishables, we cannot accept returns on opened items for food safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@alcheleaf.com within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
